Grrr!

One of my fear buttons is always tripped when legislation is passed to "protect the children"... It is generally the beginning of a slippery slope to ceding control to the government for another area of our life. I think this is a great case in point. I could see a lot of reasons to want to track internet usage; however to go straight to "protecting our children" is a blatant appeal to emotion. Tracking all that crap isn't going to help protect our children, it's just going to increase the cost of doing business.
